Social Services MOVRC hosts two agencies that assist the elderly - and the young! - the Foster Grandparents Program
and the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program. Job Training These programs assist people in the Mid-Ohio Valley in finding meaningful
employment and receiving training for new and better careers. The are the Job Training Program, the Senior Community Service Employment
Program, and the Small Business Administration's Electronic Commerce Project. Federal Contracting Assistance MOVRC is host to the Procurement Technical Assistance Center, which serves the nineteen counties of the 1st Congressional District of West Virginia, and assists businesses in learning about and
obtaining Federal contracts. |
