Mountain State Forest Festival has become an
event unsurpassed by any other celebration in
West Virginia. As it was in it's beginning in
1930 and as it remains today, visitors throughout
the region and the country come to the city of
Elkins to celebrate magnificent autumn scenes of
splendor that can only be furnished by the
rolling hills of West Virginia.
